    Manuel Théodet

    FOUNDER - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    A native of Quimper, France, Manuel Théodet graduated from the National School of Chemical Physics and Electronics of Bordeaux and holds a doctorate in materials science. He worked as a researcher for Nikon–Essilor in Kawasaki and Paris and later became a consultant at Frost & Sullivan in Tokyo. After volunteering at the Tokyo Olympic Games, he joined forces with Hisanori Tamura to create BARAMON International and now leads its strategic direction while serving as vice‑chair of BARAMON Japan.

    Hisanori Tamura

    FOUNDER - DIRECTOR GENERAL

    Born in Bangkok and raised between Japan, France, and throughout the world, Hisanori Tamura studied Japanese studies and sociology at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales, the École des hautes études en sciences sociales and the Sorbonne. He has worked as a translator, interpreter, media coordinator and producer, including running the company Nomad Souls’ Inn before co‑founding BARAMON International. His leadership spans both creative and commercial domains, and he speaks Japanese, French, English, Spanish and Bosnian-Croatian-Montenegrin-Serbian at professional levels.

    Daisuke Nakajima

    ASSOCIATE

    Daisuke Nakajima grew up in Tokyo and studied international business at Takushoku University and philosophy at Nihon University. His career has spanned design, furniture, automotive and IT manufacturers. He brings expertise in sales, project management and cross‑cultural communication. As the representative director of BARAMON Japan, he manages operations and acts as the primary broker for Japanese–European trade in Japan.
